Danielle, Nicole and Teryn played basketball for LTU. They were also good students who felt the pressures many student-athletes feel to be top performers. After they graduated and had time to reflect on their experiences, they figured out a way to help other student-athletes balance the demands of academics with sports by designing a healthcare app called Complete Competitor. The app helps students manage their mental health needs through daily check-ins, quick access to mental health professionals and resources, and more.
